Etymology[edit]
Inherited from Ottoman Turkish عاجزانه (ʿācizāne),[1][2] from Arabic عَاْجِز (ʕājiz, “weak, feeble, helpless”) + Persian ـانه (-âne, adjectival suffix).[3]
