I moved this from the entry as Chaucer wrote in Middle English, not English (and it is not well-formatted anyway):

Okay but shouldn't this just redirect to "psych", being the actual word? "Sike" is a common misspelling, but completely wrong. The origin is "psych", as in "psych out", since the mid-90s at least as it reigned with "Not!" following a sentence.ZekeDMS (talk) 13:30, 9 January 2014 (UTC)
