The RFD seems to centre around whether these are real words or not. They are (although reek means smoke rather than smell) and can meaningfully be strung into a sentence if one chooses to. That's hardly the point though as they are no more of a notable expression than, say, "smelling of farts", "looking a bit tired" or "tasting a bit funny". Mutt Lunker 00:05, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

The stated language is Scots. There are three senses, all of which I ask for attestation per WT:ATTEST:
- Smelling of piss (urine).
- Smelling extremely bad.
- Having bad body odour.
