Possible missing slang: excellent, first-rate
[edit]John Camden Hotten's Slang Dictionary (1873) has the adjective sense "excellent, first-rate". I see it mentioned in one or two other books (e.g. "a crushing good time") but it's hard to locate actual usage. Equinox ◑ 05:29, 16 May 2021 (UTC)
