STEICOflex, has combined decades of experience and innovative engineering processes in order to take advantage of the natural insulation properties of wood as a raw material. By using STEICOflex the einvironmentally-friendly, wood based insulation one makes an immediate contribution to the reduction of CO2 emissions. The raw material for STEICOflex comes from thinnings of surrounding pine forests and from saw mill residue.flex . Our environmental orientation is reflected in the fact that STEICO wood fibre products are certified with the FSC(Forest Stewardship Council). STEICOflex has also been certified with the recently-introduced quality mark natureplus®. Boards can be made from compressed waste from wood mills and provide solid wall, loft or floor insulation." |
