English: Kulfi is a popular summertime dessert originating in India, often known as India's ice cream. Easily available to the general public by bicycle vendors carrying a box of ice. They use small round aluminum moulds filled with flavored dense milk. The milk solidifies by the time they reach the point of sale. Shown here is mango flavored kulfi, national fruit of India and widely popular. Also visible are the aluminum kulfi moulds.
