Summary

Description
English: Etiolated Spanish Bluebells, Hyacinthoides hispanica. They grew under an opaque cover; some that were not covered are visible on the right. The longest etiolated leaves are about 50 cm (19 inches) long: compare with the green leaves on the right, which are thicker, broader, and about half as long. Three nearly colourless etiolated flower shoots are visible: compare these to the opened flowers on the right.
