[edit]Handshape F (same as 9) from English French plus a stereotypically French gesture.
Production
[edit]- This one-handed ASL sign is produced as follows:
- Posture the dominant hand in the “9” handshape about half an arm’s length in front of the dominant side of the neck, dominant palm facing down.
- Move the hand aside while twisting the hand to the next posture.
- Posture the dominant hand in the “9” handshape in front of and beside the neck, dominant palm facing up.
